We understand the demands of your busy schedule, so we offer several opportunities to book your next appointment during a time that is best for you. Please remember, if you are scheduled then no one else can reserve that appointment time. Please allow 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule. We want to make sure everyone can look their best, so please be courteous to our team and other Bloom Salon guests by letting us know in advance.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any appointment that is cancelled with less than 24-hour notice. Fee may be up to 100% of scheduled service. No-show or no-notice of cancellation will require a credit card to hold future appointments.
Walk-ins are always welcome at Bloom Salon. However, to ensure your desired appointment date and time, we recommend that you reserve your next service prior to leaving the salon. If you find yourself in the mood for an additional service while at Bloom Salon, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
To assure timely and stress-free check-in for all our clients, we ask you to kindly check in five minutes prior to the start of any appointment. If you are late, we may be forced to shorten your service or reschedule.
Pricing / Payment
Bloom Salon reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. Complimentary consultations are offered and may be required for texture and color services. Length and density may be a factor in time scheduled and additional charges to your service. If you have any questions, please ask your guest care team when you book your appointment.
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for all of our guests. Many of our guests are also parents and look forward to “their” time. We request children be brought into the salon only when they have an appointment. Please make babysitting arrangements in advance and come enjoy the experience without your little ones.
Please silence your cell phones prior to arrival. Be mindful of other guests’ space. While guests are welcomed to engage in quiet conversation, please refrain from loud talking. Many guests savor a much-needed private moment.
