Our Story

Friday the 13th

Some may believe that this date is “bad luck”. For Bloom Salon, it is our lucky day. We intentionally opened our doors on Friday, July 13, 2012, and it has been a wonderful journey ever since.

After 30+ years of a successful corporate career centered around customer service and finance, I decided to take a leap of faith and open a salon. I continued to work my full time job and run the salon for the first 5 years. Fortunately, I also managed 2 different Aveda salons. This experience, combined with my daughter’s talent behind the chair, fueled my passion to created my own salon.

I wanted to create a business centered around the guest experience and staffed with amazing talent. When we first opened, we had 5 people on staff. Now, we have 20. We have the BEST clients and team. I am so grateful for every guest that steps through our doors and appreciate the business that you have helped us grow.
