Cancellation Policy

Life happens and we know things come up and appointments are forgotten; however, our time and yours is extremely valuable.   In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we require a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Group appointments (weddings and special occasions) require a 48 hour notice. Cancellations made within that 24 hours or the day of your appointment will result in a requirement to make a 50% deposit of the services that were scheduled to rebook your service. This deposit will go towards your next service. Should you not show up to your next appointment, you will be charged that amount.

We do understand emergencies happen and will do our best to fairly enforce this policy.

Any guest that has frequently missed or rescheduled appointments will be required to provide us with their credit card information for future reservations.

Running Late?

If running a little late, please understand that every effort will be made to still deliver the service. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to ask you to reschedule your appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you plan to be late, so we can try and accommodate you.


Color Corrections

A consultation must be booked before scheduling a color correction, our stylists want to provide the best services and help you reach your hair goals.

Color correction is charged by the hour as quoted and we require a 50% deposit of services before booking. Color correction is a process, therefore you are paying for the process not the final look. We will advise you at the consultation, be prepared to be patient, but we promise it is worth the wait!

New Client Policy

As of October 1st 2022 we will be introducing a new client deposit policy, due to the high demand for appointments.

In order to secure your appointment, we require 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking.

The deposit may be paid by debit or credit card over the phone or in salon by debit card, credit card or cash.

The deposit is held against your booking as a credit towards that appointment.

If cancellation is made with more than 24 hours notice, the deposit is refunded or forwarded to the new appointment time.

If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit is forfeited as a late cancellation fee.

Our time and yours is extremely valuable, we appreciate your understanding of this policy.

We pride ourselves in exceptional service. If you are not satisfied with a service, we ask that you contact us within 7 days.

Product Policy
